0345 601 4283 – Sedgwick 24/7 Claims Helpline. This is a free-of-charge service which provides claim support out of hours. Please only use this to report claims of an urgent nature and to seek emergency advice. Please do not use it to progress existing claims and general claims queries.

All claims can be registered online during and outside of office hours.
