Career History & Insurance Background
Tom began his insurance career in 2004, joining a national insurance broker, Roadsure, based in the South West of England. This early experience gave him a strong grounding in the fundamentals of insurance brokerage and client service.
After two years, Tom moved to another national insurance broker specialising in the medical professions, where he spent five years building deep expertise in the risks, regulatory pressures and insurance needs unique to healthcare professionals.
This specialist experience proved pivotal. Recognising gaps in service, advice quality and insurer alignment within the sector, Tom co-founded All Med Pro to create a brokerage that genuinely understood and advocated for its clients.
