Adam began his insurance career in 2003, working for an international personal accident insurance specialist. This early role gave him valuable insight into the pressures faced by professionals across multiple sectors and cemented his passion for insurance broking.
In 2007, Adam moved into specialist dental insurance broking based in Royal Wootton Bassett. It was here that he developed a deep understanding of the risks, regulatory challenges and indemnity concerns facing dental professionals — experience that later became foundational to All Med Pro’s client-centric service model.
